13. Refund Policy

a. Business Coaching, Online Courses, Digital Products, Website Design and Development, Online Business Management, Project Management and Virtual Assistant Services.

Refunds for Balanced Life Business Consulting’s services are subject to the following conditions:

a. Digital Product & Online Course Refunds: Due to the nature of our digital products and services, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after the purchase has been made. If you have any issues or concerns, please email us at admin@balancedlifebc.com

b. Business Coaching, Web Design & Development, Online Business Management, Project Management & Virtual Assistant Services (this includes any tailored one on one or group support services): By purchasing any of our customised group or one on one services, you are committing to complete all payments due. No refunds will be given and full payment is required for any outstanding amounts in accordance to the payment plan you select (pay in full – immediately; payment plans as per the plan specification ie. monthly, quarterly).

If an outstanding payment is 30 days or more overdue, we will cease all services and this agreement will be placed “on hold” until you have paid the total amount owed (including administrative fees).

Consumer Guarantees

We take our obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do our best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, our liability is strictly limited to:

• providing the services again; or
• if we are unable to do so within a reasonable time, providing you with a refund for the specific services supplied to you.

c. Exceptions

Balanced Life Business Consulting reserves the right to make exceptions to the refund policy in cases of extenuating circumstances, as determined solely by Balanced Life Business Consulting.

e. Cap Liability
You expressly agree that if this limitation of liability is unenforceable for any reason, our total cumulative liability for all causes of action of any kind shall not exceed the amount that you have paid to Balanced Life Business Consulting under this Agreement, or AUD$3,000, whichever is lesser.

15. Digital Products – Licensing, Restrictions, and Usage Terms

a. License Grant
Upon purchase of any digital product, template, SOP, guide, checklist, or downloadable resource (“Digital Product”), Balanced Life Business Consulting grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product within your own business only.

b. Permitted Use
You may:

• Modify the Digital Product for your internal business use
• Implement the templates, systems, or SOPs inside your own organisation
• Store copies for your personal business operations

c. Prohibited Use
You may not, under any circumstances:

• Share, distribute, gift, or transfer the Digital Product to any third party
• Reproduce, publish, or upload the Digital Product to any shared platform, online storage, course, membership, or client portal
• Resell, repackage, or use the Digital Product to create commercial products, services, templates, or educational materials
• Upload, input, or otherwise use the materials in connection with artificial intelligence or machine learning tools for the purpose of generating, training, or creating content that replicates or is substantially similar to the materials;
  make the materials available to others, including by sharing access or distributing copies.
• Use the Digital Product within client work if you are a VA, OBM, consultant, agency, or service provider (unless a commercial-use license is explicitly purchased, which is not currently offered)
• Claim ownership over any Balanced Life Business Consulting intellectual property

d. Intellectual Property Ownership
All Digital Products remain the sole property of Balanced Life Business Consulting and are protected by Australian and international copyright law. This purchase does not transfer ownership.

e. Immediate Access & Non-Refundable Purchase
Digital Products are delivered instantly via download. As such, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

f. Breach of Terms
Any breach of these digital product terms may result in:

• Immediate termination of access
• Revocation of license
• Legal action, including claims for damages
