About the Owner
Hi!
My name is Adayah
I am a Mumma to two gorgeous little people who are growing up waaaay too fast, a furry baby and the wife of a wonderful husband. I am an accredited Online Business Manager & Systems Strategist.
I love country music, killer harmonies and coffee… The bigger the coffee, the better.
I am located in Australia and I love the variety of having both local and international clients.
I started Balanced Life Business Consulting (BLBC) because I wanted to financially support my family whilst still being available to my kids in whatever capacity they needed. I was working in the corporate world (whilst also finishing up my Bachelor of Business Administration at university) when I fell pregnant with my first, and I just didn’t want to be another number on somebody’s payroll anymore. I was determined not to have to choose between being the present, hands-on mother I aspired to be and pursuing my passion for growth and innovation as a business woman.
I wanted to create a business that felt different. A business that supported others and helped them to find freedom and success without having to sacrifice their health or their connection with their family. Is it always easy? HECK NO! Being a business owner is an absolute roller coaster but it’s totally worth it! We don’t always get the balance right, but we pick ourselves back up, remember our WHY and keep on motoring on towards those big goals.
BLBC was created to help support fellow business owners to keep pushing forward and continue to level-up whilst keeping our eyes on the true purpose and vision of your business and goals. I’ve built a team of amazing people from around the world who, just like me, are passionate about helping small business owners to find freedom, balance and sanity. We continue to build an environment where clients and team members feel valued, that they are vital pieces of this virtual family.
